Why do you want to be staff (150 words): I want to be staff because i love the sense of order, i can keep it fair and clean, something staff everywhere can't do and i just think that i can bring something good for the community. I also want to help out you since i know the server just started a couple of days ago or even just a day ago, i know the first weeks can be hard so i just want to help out and hope that we togheter can make this server stand longer than others. What makes you better than other applicants:I would not say i am better, saying your the best is a bad thing in an admin/mod because you have to treat players and yourself as equals, not ranks... that is what ruins the fun and makes the staff spot seem abusive since they think they are over everyone and not helping or treating others as they should. Do you have any past experience (please specify): I do, i have been an Admin for about half a year on "Phenom Gaming : Clone Wars phase 2 (Non pay to win)" <--- title and i was an Admin Elite on a dark RP server called Acidic RP for about 2 Months before they quit it. What is RDM? (give a example): RDM stands for "Random Death Match" whitch is a player hurting or killing another in surprise doing FailRP by murdering a player when not supposed to, its kinda like a sucker punch where it comes out of nowhere or its just a minge. What is NLR? (give an example): NLR stands for "New Life Rule" that means if you have been killed you can not go back to that same area until a certain time has passed where then you can take revenge if the player is still around but keep it in RP like "I WILL AVENGE MY BROTHER WHO KINDA DIES HERE LIKE 3 MINUTES AGO!!!" and such. ------------------------------------------------- Scenario Questions: ------------------------------------------------- 1. A player is abusing his force abilities in game, what do you do?:Tell him to stop first or let the masters handle it, if he/she does not wanna listen i give the player a warn via !warn 2. A player broke NLR during a raid/event what do you do?:I either phy-gun him away or tell him to leave or get a warn. 3. A player calls you and said that someone killed him. The person claims he didn't. This doesn't work, regardless of your past expertise, the time is there so you have time to get to know how the server, and its community function. " You weren't criticizing our staff. You were saying that most staff is not able to keep it "clean and fair" which is true. Neither were you referring to our staff team in any possible way.
