So you start off by pointing out that you're under the required application time, then backs it up by stating you have played GMOD RP for about 3 years. This doesn't work, regardless of your past expertise, the time is there so you have time to get to know how the server, and its community function.
" I would not say i am better, saying your the best is a bad thing in an admin/mod because you have to treat players and yourself as equals, not ranks... that is what ruins the fun and makes the staff spot seem abusive since they think they are over everyone and not helping or treating others as they should. "
You point out you have no attributes that makes you better than other applicants, however make a self-critical comment. We look for the best staff members. So flaunt what you have to offer in this question.

You criticise the entirety of GMOD staff members. Then say you dont think you're better than anyone else. Don't pick and chose when to act like a ass.
"What is RDM? (give a example): RDM stands for "Random Death Match" whitch is a player hurting or killing another in surprise doing FailRP by murdering a player when not supposed to, its kinda like a sucker punch where it comes out of nowhere or its just a minge. "
